The first thing to do is drain the liquid from the canned vegetables, corn and beans, then place them in a bowl.

  1. Pre-boiled carrots cut into cubes

  3. Cut the sausage into thin strips
  4. We tear the salad into small pieces with our hands
  5. Finely chop the greens
  6. Wash beans with water and dry

  • Provencal mayonnaise – 125 g.

Ingredients:

  • canned white or red beans – 425 g;
  • ham – 280 g;
  • – 180 g;
  • large chicken, hard-boiled eggs - 2-3 pcs.;
  • garlic cloves – 1-2 pcs.;
  • young dill and parsley – 0.5 bunch;
  • crispy crackers - to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • coarse salt - to taste;
  • Provencal mayonnaise – 90 g.

Preparation

For this salad, you can use white or red canned beans. Pour it into a sieve and let it drain thoroughly. During this time, we peel and cut chicken eggs into cubes, chop the ham into strips, and grate the pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater or chop and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine all the prepared salad ingredients in a bowl, add peeled and finely chopped garlic cloves and fresh herbs, season the dish with mayonnaise, season with pepper and salt to taste and mix. Before serving, add crispy croutons to taste, mix, transfer to a suitable salad bowl and serve.
