  1. Check the beef for excess veins and fat and remove them. Then let it cook for an hour and a half. Add bay leaf and salt to taste.
  2. While the meat is cooking, pour boiling water over the prunes for 10 minutes and dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan.
  3. Boil the eggs, peel and cut.
  4. Grate the cheese and butter into separate bowls.
  5. Cool the finished meat and tear it into thin fibers. Fry them a little in sunflower oil with spices.
  6. Prepare a dish for salad presentation.
  7. Place eggs in the first layer. Lubricate them a little with mayonnaise.
  8. After this, sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Carefully place prunes on top of the cheese. Grease with mayonnaise.
  10. Next add the meat. Top with sauce again.
  11. Sprinkle walnuts on top. If desired, they can be chopped with a knife or rolling pin.
  12. After the nuts, spread the remaining butter.
  13. Garnish with remaining prunes.
  14. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then you can serve it on the table.

Tip: quail eggs are a delicate product. To hard-boil them, 2-3 minutes in boiling water is enough. There is no need to cook them longer - they may begin to taste bitter and the protein will become rubbery. In addition, the beneficial properties of the product will be lost. .
